Those you provide in the pilot request and contact forms: name, company, role, email, phone (optional), SCADA platform, sector and the text of your message. This website's Wabby assistant does not store your questions: the search runs in your browser.

Purposes of processing

Personal data collected through the Website forms will be processed for the following purposes: (i) answering the user's queries and information requests; (ii) managing the business relationship and providing the contracted services; (iii) sending commercial communications about our own products and services, only if the user has given express consent; (iv) complying with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), as applicable.

Data retention

Personal data will be kept for as long as there is a business or contractual relationship with the user and, once it ends, for the periods required by applicable law (tax, commercial, etc.).

Recipients
